Do you want to return your item for whatever reason? That is of course possible!
You have the right to return the product up to 30 days after receipt. You are not obliged to state the reason for the return ring, but you do help to improve the products by doing so.
HOW DO YOU SEND A PRODUCT RETURN?
1. Check whether your product meets the conditions:
- There must be no stains, holes or other noticeable features of damage on your item. If this is clearly the case, your item will not be accepted and you will be contacted so that together we can view and resolve the situation.
3. Pack the items in a sturdy package.
4. Write the return address on the package:

6. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account
7. Once your return package has been received, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 7 days.
Credit card: The amount of your returned items will be refunded to the credit card that you used for your purchase.
iDEAL: The amount of your returned items will be refunded to the bank account number you used for your purchase.
PayPal: The amount of your returned items will be refunded to your PayPal account.
NOT COMPLETE OR DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
Are you in the unlikely event that you receive a (during the trip) damaged or incomplete product? Then we ask you to contact us. We will then resolve the situation together and the return costs will of course be borne by us. The further instructions and procedure are the same as described above.
